2023年7月1日、神奈川県大和市にASP Japan合同会社の大和工場を開設し、操業を開始いたしました。
この大和工場は日本国内におけるSTERRAD™の製造拠点として位置付けられており、医療現場に確実な機器を届けるために厳しい製造・組立・評価・出荷基準が設定されております。
国内の工場に上記のような機能を持たせる事で、STERRAD™の製造納期短縮および初期不良率などの改善が期待されます。

Information on the opening of the Yamato Factory - Toward further Kaizen
On July 1, 2023, ASP Japan, LLC opened and began operations at its Yamato Factory in Yamato-city, Kanagawa Prefecture.
The Yamato Factory is positioned as the manufacturing center for STERRAD™ in Japan, and is held to strict manufacturing, assembly, evaluation, and shipping standards to ensure delivery of the device to the medical community.
By bringing the above capabilities to the domestic factory, we expect to shorten the manufacturing lead time for STERRAD™ and improve the initial defect rate and other factors.
