この度、ASP Japan合同会社は、Great Place to Work（R） Institute Japan（以下GPTWジャパン）が発表した「働きがいのある会社（2023年度）」調査で、認定企業に選出されました。

「働きがいのある会社」認定は、働く人へのアンケートの結果を基に、優れた職場文化に基づいた「働きがいのある会社」であることをGPTWが正式に認定するものです（認定期間：2022年11月～2023年10月）

ASP Japan合同会社は、「能力開発の機会が与えられている」、「会社への貢献実感が高い」、「私の仕事には特別な意味がある」点を高く評価して頂きました。

会社において、社員がより働きがいを感じられるような施策・対策を打ち出し、社員の自主的な取り組みを支援する場を提供することが評価されたと考えています。

また、コロナ禍によりテレワークが欠かせない状況となっている中で、定期的なTown Hall MeetingやKick Off Meeting等による情報発信の他、様々なワークショップ、研修、社員旅行を通して相互のコミュニケーションを促進したことで、社員同士のコミュニケーションが活発になりました。これが社員の仕事に対するモチベーションの向上に寄与していると考えています。

今後も改善を促進し、さらに働きがいのある職場環境を構築してまいります。

ASP Japan G.K. has been selected as a certified company in the "Great Place to Work (2022)" survey announced by the Great Place to Work (R) Institute Japan (hereafter GPTW Japan).

The “Great Place to Work” certification is officially recognized by GPTW as a “Great Place to Work” based on an excellent workplace culture based on the results of a questionnaire survey of workers (certification period: 2022). November 2020 to October 2023)

ASP Japan G.K. was highly evaluated for the following points: "I am given opportunities to develop my skills," "I feel a strong sense of contribution to the company," and "My work has a special meaning."

The company was highly evaluated for its proactive efforts by devising policies and measures that make employees feel more motivated and by providing program to support employees' efforts. 

In addition, in a situation where telework has become indispensable due to the spread of COVID-19, We have promoted mutual communication through regular Town Hall Meetings, information sharing through company-wide meetings, and various workshops, trainings, and company trips. We believe that this is contributing to increased motivation for employees to work.

We will continue to promote improvements and build　more better workplace environment that is even more rewarding.
